The Opportunity As the Clinical Operations Manager you will be in a regional operational management role working in regular collaboration with the Health Centre Managers to support them in their day-to-day operational activities and requirements. Role Details Position: Clinical Operations Manager Type: Permanent, full-time Location: Northern Territory Salary: $137,209.87 per annum plus 12 % super and salary sacrifice available Relocation: Relocation assistance available (up to $5,000, negotiable) Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 Curis bonus offered to the successful candidate upon completion of your first three months Additional Benefits: Short-term accommodation provided on arrival if relocating permanently Vehicle available during work hours and for when you first arrive Key Responsibilities Oversee development of, and maintains, core primary health care skills within the clinical team relevant to remote primary health care. Ensure each clinic team has appropriate staffing models with a balanced mix of knowledge, skills, experience, and gender necessary for culturally safe operations. Provide quality supervision, guidance, training, and support for all staff in their everyday work, ensuring a balance between clinical management, health promotion and preventative actions. In consultation with the Executive Manager, Clinical Operations, oversee, and participate in, performance management and professional development programs as required. Who We’re Looking For Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a General Nurse or as an Aboriginal Health Practitioner. A preferred qualification or post graduate qualification in Public Health / Primary Health Care/Leadership and Management. Current unrestricted manual Driver's License Current First Aid Certificate Proven broad comprehensive primary health care experience with advanced clinical skills and competencies needed to work effectively in remote areas. Demonstrated ability to provide team leadership and management skill relating to the human, financial and physical resources of a remote Primary Health Care Centre.
